Method of Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data are collected through fully automated means via information you submit to us electronically, and is processed for the purposes set out above.
Parties to Whom Your Personal Data Are Transferred
Your personal data are shared with our suppliers located abroad for the purpose of procuring information technology infrastructure services and receiving email delivery services. Furthermore, in the event of an official request, we may share your personal data with authorized public institutions and organizations, as well as with the relevant authorities in order to exercise our legal rights in the event of a potential dispute.
Your Rights
In order to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the TR DPL, in accordance with the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller, you may apply in writing to the address “Nisbetiye Mah. Nisbetiye Cad. No:24 İç Kapı:17 Beşiktaş/Istanbul” or via e-mail to info@arikkocer.com, from your e-mail address previously notified to us and registered in our system.
If your application requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
