Personal Data Protection Law

We advise companies on compliance with data protection laws and the management of legal risks arising from the use of personal data in their business operations.

We provide legal support regarding the processing and transfer of personal data, the relationship between data controllers and data processors, compliance programmes, policies, and agreements, as well as cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with relevant legislation, particularly the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. We also assist with data breaches and data subject requests and represent clients in investigations, information requests, submissions and administrative proceedings before the Turkish Data Protection Authority.
